Pokémon Jr. Adventure Game: Pokémon Emergency!

Publicado en 2000

The Pokémon Adventure: Pokémon Emergency! game was intended to be the first of twelve "Pokémon RPG" supplements, but due to licensing matters, the rest were never published. The game is a simplified RPG style game where the players take the role of Pokémon Trainers. The (D/G)M takes the controls of the game and narrates the players through some adventures. The components of the game are several of the basic Pokémon and a D6. The attacks of each Pokémon have a difficulty, and if you roll one of the numbers that make the attack succeed, the attack succeeds. A clever and simple system, the D6 system is a very good way to run some simplified RPG games with your non-dicechucking friends. It goes great with games similar to Heroquest for those who don't like difficult rules. This game is also a great way of getting younger players into the gaming hobby and introduce them to RPGs.
