Saludos Amigos! is a light-hearted negotiation game. Players take on the personas of building moguls, who intend to reap profitable kickbacks from several public works under construction. Players gain influence with city council members in order to have more sway. Journalists appear during the game to "report" on the rampant corruption, graft, and kickbacks. Who ever ends the game with the most money wins.
