Word Thief

Published 1994

Players are dealt cards (with a letter & suit on them). They form words like in scrabble but words can be "stolen." E.g. if someone can take an entire opponents word and make a new one/s out of it, he gets additional points and the previous owner loses points. Words can also be "locked" (unstealable) if made all from one suit. Interesting Scrabble variant with poker style chips for scoring.
