GDW Games

GDW Games, known as Game Designers' Workshop, was a pioneering American publisher of wargames and roleplaying games active from the 1970s through the 1990s. They produced landmark wargames covering historical and science fiction conflicts, as well as the influential Traveller roleplaying game. GDW's designs were known for their depth, historical accuracy, and innovative mechanics that shaped the wargaming hobby.
